The Student Health Office offer a seminar on seasonal depression, what it feels like and how to handle it on 14 November and the registration for it is open here.

It might feel strange to paint the dwindling daylight in such gloomy colors but trust me, you don’t mess around with the winter blues. Read up and take care out there!
